IWASA TECH produces high-precision screw rotors with modifications on screw profiles based on customer needs. Through receiving customer-specific coordinates of screw profile, IWASA TECH is able to manufacture accordingly by using original software and methodology. We are able to design the rough-cutting tool, grind the tooth profile and confirm spacing between relevant screws on the meshing tester.
