IWASA TECH provides the high-precision screw rotors that can have the customer's own original screw profiles. Only show us the coordination of custmer's original screw profile, then we can duplicate them accurately by our own software and method. We design the rough-cutting tool, grind the tooth profile by using our original software and check gaps between relevant screws on the meshing tester.
