IWASA TECH can also manufacture dual lead worm gear used in high precision index.

IWASA TECH provides our worm gears that have the good tooth bearings and the minimal transmission errors to meet custmer's requirments for every tooth form including special tooth form like Neiman profile. IWASA TECH designs tooth bearings similating the transmission errors before manufacturing by using TCA software we uniquely developed.
We can also manufacture Dual lead worm gear to be used in the high-precision indexing.

High Precision Dual Worm Gears

IWASA TECH provides worm gears that have good tooth bearing and are minimized in the
transmission errors to meet the customers' needs. We can simulate the tooth bearings and transmission errors on our own developed TCA program and make the optimum design of the required dual lead worm hob based on TCA results before manufacturing.
